SPECIALTY: MENTAL HEALTH & THERAPY

Compliant AI for Mental Health & Therapy

DAP and BIRP notes, without the format switching.

Telehealth-heavy caseloads mean the note has to be written the same day, in whatever format the payer wants this time.

Human review

The draft starts from your recap.

This isn't ambient session recording. No bot joins the call. You dictate your own recap, after.

Sound familiar?

  • Documentation stretches past the session.

A 50-minute session can easily become 90 minutes once the note gets written, usually after the caseload for the day is already done.

  • Every payer wants something different.

DAP for one contract, BIRP for another, a custom template for the practice you're credentialed with. Switching formats by hand adds up.

  • Confidentiality is the whole job.

Anything that touches session content needs a real compliance story, not a checkbox at the bottom of a pricing page.

How the evening runs.

  1. Session ends. You summarize what happened, in your own words.
  2. Ask for a DAP or BIRP draft from that summary.
  3. Edit, sign, move to the next chart. PHI stripped before any of it reached a model.

D: Data

Client reports decreased anxiety since starting exposure exercises. Sleep improved to 6 to 7 hours nightly.

Drafted from your own summary of the session, not a recording.

A: Assessment

Engaged and responsive to CBT interventions. Progress toward treatment goals is evident.

Structured from what you dictated. Clinical interpretation stays yours.

P: Plan

Continue weekly sessions. Introduce the next exposure hierarchy step.

A starting point to edit and sign, not a final note.

Questions from mental health & therapy practices.

Which note formats does it support?

DAP, BIRP, SOAP, or your own structure, based on what you dictate or summarize.

Do I need my client's consent to use it?

This isn't session recording, so the consent questions that come with ambient tools don't apply the same way. You dictate your own summary afterward, on your own device.

Does it handle couples or group sessions?

You describe the session in your own words, so multi-participant sessions work the same way individual ones do. There's no speaker separation, since nothing is recorded live.

The list doesn't shrink itself. But it can close faster, and stay private while it does.
