Does any patient information reach the AI model?
No identifying information does. Names, dates, and MRNs are tokenized before the text reaches any model.
How long is my data kept?
Retention is adjustable. Choose 0 hours, 24 hours, or 30 days.
Is a BAA available?
Yes, included on the Starter plan by default.
Does it diagnose patients?
No. It drafts differentials and summaries from what you provide, as a starting point. Clinical judgment stays with you.
Does a bot join my telehealth calls?
No. This isn't ambient session recording. You dictate a recap after the visit, on your own schedule.
What note formats does it support?
SOAP, DAP, BIRP, or your own structure, based on what you dictate or summarize.
Do I need to connect my EHR?
No. The workspace works stand-alone from day one, with no EHR configuration required.
How long does onboarding take?
You can draft your first note during the free trial, with nothing to configure first.
