How does billing work?
Starter is billed monthly or annually, whichever you pick. Annual billing is charged once a year at the discounted rate shown above.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no long-term contract and no hidden fees. Cancel from your account whenever you want.
Is a BAA included?
Yes. A signed Business Associate Agreement comes with Starter by default. It's not a separate add-on.
What's the difference between the trial and Starter?
The product features are the same during the 7-day trial. The signed BAA applies when you move to a paid plan, so trial use should not include PHI.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. The 7-day trial doesn't ask for one. You only add billing details if you decide to continue on Starter.
